Returns and Exchanges

Whether you made your purchase online, by mail or in the store, you may return or exchange it by mail or at our store. Returns information and instructions are listed below and can also be found on the bottom of your invoice.

To make a return or exchange by mail:

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is not worn or altered for refund or exchange if accompanied by the proper sales receipt. Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card.. If the item is found to have been worn or altered, management will determine if the garment can be salvaged. If it is determined that the garment cannot be resold, no refund or exchange will be approved. Shipping charges are not refundable .

1. Return merchandise with the original receipt, invoice or gift packing list. The original receipt MUST be included with item.
2. The item must be in original purchase state, it must not be used .
3. All original tags must be attached or included with original store receipt.
4. The item must have been purchased at the Kenai Fjords Gift shop.
5. If the item was purchased by credit or debit card, credit will be issued to the same card as the original purchase.
6. If cash, personal check or travelers check was used for the original purchase, cash will be refunded.
7. Return postage is not paid, customer is responsible for postage.
8. Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request.
9. Each refund or exchange is subject to manger's approval.

Prices final on day of purchase. Previous purchases are not eligible for any discount.
